About us:

Housed in the historic and still functioning Eastern Avenue Pumping Station, a visit takes you behind the scenes to learn the fascinating story of how public works services shape a modern city and its environment. Exhibits highlight rare historic photographs, video presentations, and interactive computer challenges. Outside, the Streetscape Exhibit provides kids of all ages the chance to explore a life-sized model of a city intersection cut away to demonstrate what is above and below the street! Customized group tours available.

10 - 50 individuals

Tours

Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm
Reservations required for tour groups. Tour can be customized, upon request. Outdoor picnic tables available for lunch.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible entrance at the rear of building; closed caption video presentation available upon request.

Parking:

Meter parking, local parking lots and parking garages within one block.

Admission prices:

Adults: $3.00 per person
Seniors (62 and over): $2.50
Students: $2.50
Children under 6 are free
Group tours of 10 or more: $2.00
Baltimore City Public School tours are free
